Oh, and since Chavez seems to be made as synonymous with advances or declines in Venezuela, our position is he is a bit of a nut, but who cares, if he gets many of the right things done, and has already got the main wrongs right.
Look at the nuts here, getting the wrong things done, and calling apples oranges.
